RARE authentic from 1800s Georgian necklace! made of solid sterling silver with natural blue turquoise stones grouped as flowers - please see photos as part of description ! the necklace very slightly graduated and because each flower hand made they all a little different. the stones cut by hand - you can see the edges - amazing ! This necklace is approx 14.5\" long. It is always possible to add chain if needed to make it longer. the necklace Shows some wear and heavy patina on the gold finish and silver due to age, but no repairs and no damage I can find with close inspection! it looks like all of the stones are present and no replacements. and looks like all of them set very secure. All of the parts are made of solid approx sterling purity silver and yellow gold over it where it touches skin - backs of the sterling silver flowers and also the clasp as well! the clasp may not be original. it has the same sterling + gold wash . but may be original to the necklace. it is rare collectible item!
