Forsale is an authentic Africananimal hide bread basket fromEthiopia or Somalia circa late 19c. or early 20 c. It is 15\" L X 9\" W ” in diameter and 8 1/2\" H”. The basket has leather wraps and strap. The inside is wicker in very good condition. It is from the 1900s and has signs of age, wear,use, and minor material loss on the bottom as would be expected butoverall, it is in very good condition for its age.
