ThisPermissable Gas Mask for Organic Vapors was made by Acme Protection Equipment Company, probably in the 1930s to 1940s. Itdoes not appear to have been used much if at all. Although the cannisters are missing,thetubeof ointment to reduce fog inside the mask has not been opened.Thetrunk has scrapes, staining, and wear from use. Included also are instructions and the carrying packfor the cannister.
