This is an Acme Writing Tools Romero Britto \"Jan\'s Landscape\" Roller Ball Pen, manufactured in 1998. The Acme website list \"Current Market Value\" as $425.00, which I assume is for a pen in excellent shape, which this pen is not. This is a chance to get add a rare pen to your collection at a reduced price.
The chrome parts have some expected scuff marks from use. The part which clips to a shirt wiggles and slants to the left if maneuvered that direction. It needs a new ink cartridge. There are not any cracks or chips. Please see photos.
