For your consideration is an Acoma Pueblo pottery sculpture or figurine of a hot air balloon. This wonderfully inventive sculpture is made in two parts - the lobed balloon itself and the passenger basket, both strung together with twine, ready for hanging.

Both pieces are masterfully hand painted with traditional Acoma polychrome motifs. The bottom of the balloon bears the artist’s initials DCL.

Size: Height as strung from top of balloon to bottom of basket - 12\" (longer if including hanging loop).

Balloon only - approx. 5\" high x 4-1/4\" diameter.

Condition: Excellent - no damage.
