I know nothing of this picture other than condition,Since you found this listing i am confident you know more about Admiral George Dewey than i.This is a 8\" X 10\" picture attached to the glass.It is framed with a very old chain.I would not trust the chain to hang this any longer, It has a couple of links that are half broken, But it dose add to the old photo in my opinion.Chain may be copper or brass (It is non magnetic)On the back it is stamped, CC Fulghum, Prescription Druggist. Fountain City Ind.(Which i cant see without a magnifying glass).It is very weathered (Aged) and is stained and flaking mostly at the edges.If you need more information, Just ask,Priority shipping included,Thanks.
