This listing is for a vintage blue 7\" Olde English Staffordshire Ware plate imported exclusively for The Alamo Chapel in San Antonio Texas. Made in Staffordshire England by Alfred Meakin. It commemorates the Alamo, founded 1718 and celebrated as the Cradle of Texas Liberty. It fell to President General Santa Anna of Mexico on March 6, 1836. It is in excellent condition, having NO chips, cracks or crazing. See pics for details and feel free to ask questions.
