Shipping:Normally, I put the shipping information at the end of my sales...but people have basically been ignoring them after the sale ends, soI\'ll put the details up front from now on. I apologize in advance, butif you do not comply with these very few conditions, I will cancel thetransaction and move on to the next buyer.

1. Winning buyer agrees to pay all shipping costs and send payment within10 days. I prefer to ship art using Priority mail, insured for fullvalue with delivery confirmation. However, I firmly believe that if Iask the buyer to pay for shipping, then they should decide how it issent. I have found that the estimates for shipping and PayPal provides areoften incorrect.I will provide shippingoptions and exact costs after the sale closes. Please do not send payment until you receive that e-mail. Thanks.

2. I reluctantly continue to ship outside of the US. However, due to multiple issues, I will only ship outside the US by traceable methods (Express Mail - FedEx), and require all packages to be insured and declared on customs for full value. This is per PayPal rules, and from now on, there will be no exceptions. I refuse to loose any more money, or art, due to poor postal services and theft when sending art out of the are several \"bare bones\" sales. If you need more information, let me know and I\'ll get it to you. This will be a group of inexpensive pieces - some very nice art here at very reasonable prices. These are great for the beginning artist to look at technique and design, as well as the art aficionado who appreciates a well drawn figure. This sale is for an original pen sketch (not a print) done by the incredible Alex Toth. I call this The War Room; although it might be known by another name by someone.

As some provenance... As Editor of the CFA-APA, we held a fund raiser/sale of original art to provide small scholarships for two students at the Kubert School. The sale was held at our annual dinner at the San Diego Comic Convention and did raise enough to fund those two students. I wish I remembered who won the scholarships.

This Toth sketch was one of the items saleed and came directly from Alex. As you can see, it is a detailed little drawing that shows four men in suits who look like politicians talking to a general. The drawing is done in Alex\'s typical marker style; curiously he must have used a different marker to sign the piece as it has changed to a sepia color.

This sketch essentially fills the 6 x 9\" piece of light drawing paper the image is on. It is signed Alex Toth 92 in the lower part of the image. A nice, inexpensive example of Toth art... priced to account for the 10% fee, the 5% PayPal fee and 10% fee on postage. Sad what you have to do (charge) to just break even.

This sketch can be yours for a very affordable price ... with or Buyers\' Premium... and would look great framed.
