The 2 books are severely worn and in dreadful condition.
Covers are detached on one book and taped on the other book. Covers are also stained and scuffed and the text blocks are detached from the bindings.
Inside:
The \"Alice\'s Adventures in Wonderland\" is in better condition than the other book and is missing the front black endpaper. There are some handling marks with the odd food stain, occasional marginal tears and minor bottom edge creases from page turning. Some pages are strained at the strings and the last page is marked from the black endpapers. \"Through The Looking-Glass\" is missing the front black endpaper, half title and the very first and last pages. Many pages are detached with handling & food marks, occasional marginal tears and minor bottom edge crease from page turning. The first and last page are marked from the black endpapers. The rear endpaper is detached andwritten on.
Early Alice books that might be useful to somebody rather than discard them.
