This Alvin sterling silver 15 piece vanity set belonged to my grandparents and was given to them as a wedding gift in 1923. It is monogrammed with the initial \"I\"on the lady\'s pieces. The man\'s pieces are monogrammed \"FGB\". Wreath motif. Stamped Alvin Sterling.

The set includes the following:

1 ladies hand beveled mirror

2 small covered glass jars

2 hair combs with newly replaced tortoise combs

2 men\'s original boar bristle brush

1 ladies original boar bristle w/ handle

1 ladies original boar bristle brush

1 nail buffer missing the actual chamois buffer

1 large cover cut glass covered container

1 large cut glass hair receiver ( I put dried lavender in it)

1 nail file

1 shoe horn

1 button hook

This set is in beautiful condition. I have been its steward for many years and it\'s time now to pass it on to someone who will truly treasure these pieces as I have.

Please note one of the small Sterling jar lids had slight dents ( see photo). Ladies mirror very minor pitting .
