Gorgeous antique Chinese 18K yellow gold chariot with a hand-carved figure of Kwan Yin being pulled by 3 large decorative dragons. The chariot is impressive with the most fine quality workmanship all over. Each figure is extremely well detailed and the overall condition is excellent. I only noticed that one chain link is broken not really a big deal . Any jewelers can fix for really low cost .. The chariot is made from solid 18K yellow gold and hallmarked on the back. Please preview the last picture. The age of the chariot is early 20th Century circa 1920s - 1940s. The maximum length including the base is roughly 18 inches and the height is 13 1/2 inches tall from the umbrella to the ground and 5 inches wide. The umbrella is decorated with genuine jade and precious stones with colorful enamel on the rest of the chariot. The wheels made with high quality white jades. The dragons are jeweled with turquoise and coral beads with ruby eyes. I have never seen such beautiful work of art and the statue would look amazing in an office or home.
