You are offerding on Amazing Spider-Man #1 CGC Graded 3.5 Very Good Minus. This copy presents well and would make a great addition to your collection before the upcoming 800th issue. The case looks to be in good condition except there is a slight rainbow smudge from the outer and inner case pressing together. I researched this on the internet and found that this has no effect on the comic and occasionally happens with CGC cases. It minor and only visible from a certain angle but I wanted to give as much information as possible. I will pay for the shipping. If you have any questions, please contact me.
