This is a rare original owner un-restored copy of the14th issue of The Amazing Spider-Man (1st Appearance of The GreenGoblin and Return of the Enforcers). This book is in Very Good+++ to Near Fine conditionwith very bold colors and only minor flaws. Pleasesee the scans.For any serious collector of theoriginal Silver Age Spider-Man comics this is an absolutely must have book!

A very nice addition to any serious Marvel collectionand a good investment.

Cover.With the exception of some almost imperceptible crazing along the spine, thefront cover is in fine condition with bold colors. Although the back cover hasa small 1/3 inch tear mid-way down on the left edge, there are no other flaws. Overall,and with the above exception, the edges are in Very Good +++ to Near Fine condition(please see the scans).

InternalPages. Internally, the pages are off-white with no tears,markings, rips, coupons missing, writing, stains or any other blemisheswhatsoever except that the middle page is detached from the staples. Theinternal pages appear virtually the same as the 1st page (please seethe scan).This comic has been stored in a cool dark closet in a comic bag with anacid-free backing board in a commercial comic box for more than 40 years. AlthoughI am not a professional grader, I think this book would rate a 7.5. Again,please see the scans and judge for yourself.While many Silver Age comics that have not been stored well tend toyellow/brown and become brittle, this comic has retained virtually all of itselasticity.
