Here\'s something you rarely see .... Amplion Driver assembly .. Bakelite cased circa 1925 .. for I believe the Amplion Dragon model AU5 horn speaker. Likely would fit other models as well. The driver coils have good continuity and the diaphram assembly is good .. it will need replacement paper gaskets to provide clearance for the diaphram to vibrate. It measures approx 3\" X 3\" X 3\" deep and well packed shipping weight will be 2.5 pounds from zip code 24012.

I have added a picture showing the Bakelite shaft that is covered by the rubber tubing. The rubber has totally solidified and can be chipped off but I will leave that to the buyer to determine how to proceed further. Likely a slow process to avoid damage to the Bakelite.
