An antique 10ct rose gold watch chain spinning fob with bloodstone one side and carnelian stone the other side. Marked 10 and a makers mark, possibly American, and probably made around 1895/1905. Good condition, spins freely, no chips on the stones, and just some surface wear. Length 38mm ( not including the top suspension ring ), and width 22mm, and weighs 7.2gms.
