This is a charming and beautifully painted Limoges hinged box. It is in perfect condition. I inherited this from my relative who was a fashion designer. The chair is beautifully and decoratively painted with wonderful details like the striping and brass nail head affect around the front and back of the chair. Thiswhimsical and adorable trinket box is 2\" high, 1 1/2\" wide and 1 1/4\" deep. This is a retired piece from Limoges. The bottom reads \"peint main\" which means hand painted in french. Not sure, but think that may be the signature of the painter below thepeint main phrase. The detailing is absolutely wonderful and hopefully will bring a smile to your face when you look at the lovely little face. Please note the shipping is free.
