This is a good example of an antique solid Silver Pocket Watch by J G Graves, of Sheffield, that is signed on thewhite Face together with \"The Express English Lever\" it has black Roman Numerals and gold colour hands with a separate seconds sub dial, and is free from Hairline Cracks The 115+ year old lever movement, signed by Graves Sheffield, and serial numbered 780727, is key wound and Set, with the key supplied, it winds well, runs strongly, though it requires winding after about 6 hours, we reckon that this is improving since we have been running it. It has probably spent a lot of its 115+ years being inactive, so if required, it would probably benefit from a service, though its likely to be be fine after it has been run for a few days, it does keep time keeps time.The solid silver coin edged Case, with an attractive Cartouche is in very good condition, is prominently hallmarked for Chester 1901, and silversmith TPH, it measures 53 mm dia, approx. excluding the Loop
