This is an exquisite small hand carved wooden Foo Dog Chop Stamp. This antique signature stamp appears to be ancient. It is beautifully hand carved and highly detailed. It stands only 1 7/8\" tall. This is a very old piece with wonderful patina and lovely consistent natural wear to the surface. The figure is in excellent condition. There is mild chipping at the top edge of one back corner of the base and some light wear to some of the bottom edges. This occurred anciently and does not impact the beauty or function of the piece.
