For sale is a lovely antique gold bar pin / brooch. The pin contains beautiful, detailed gold scroll work that bears the mark of an accomplished jeweler. It is adorned with a center seed pearl and two turquoise beads. A bead may have been replaced at some point, as the two turquoise beads vary slightly in color. There is no jewelers mark and no gold mark, but the piece tested as 14K. The pin has a hook on the back that could be for use as a pendant, although I cannot visualize how it would hang. The pin weighs 5.2 grams and measures 1 5/8 X 1/2 inches. Please look at photos as they give an accurate visual description.
