This is a 17\" Jumeau doll that is marked on the back of her head: 1907,6. She has multi-stroke eyebrows, set blue glass paper weight eyes with painted lashes, red eye and nose dots, a beautifully shaded open mouth with six molded teeth and pierced ears with replaced green glass earrings. Her head is perfect with no chips, cracks or breaks. There is a nearly invisible tight hairline that runs from the outside corner of the right eye to the top of the head (photo #9) . The head and face are completely factory painted with no repairs, no infill or overpaint. She\'s on a beautiful body that is well strung and holds a position well. It has been repainted. Her lovely French style clothing has been custom made for her. The matching hat is trimmed with lace and ostrich feathers. Her head is stuffed with tissue paper and the painted pressed styrofoam pate is lightly attached. She wears an old wig, probably not original, I don\'t know what it\'s made of, but it matches the color of her eyebrows. The wig is simply pinned to the pate. This is an elegant, gorgeous doll that is ready to display.
The doll stand is not included. I do not ship out of the continental US unless you inquire first.
