I acquired this very old/antique, primitive stuffed animal-lamb, sheep ? at an estate sale about a year ago. It\'s been keeping me company as I work ;) and I have enjoyed the character and history of it so very much. It\'s had lots of admirers. But, now, it\'s time to let it go to where someone else can enjoy it. It has the most unusual/unique, eyes. They are made of ? I really do not know. I took a close-up. So, please refer to photo. This estate had items from the late 1800\'s I purchased, as well as early 1900\'s. My guess is this is more than likely from the 1800\'s. BUT, please look at all the photos and please be your own judge. It\'s been loved, played with, shows age related wear, discolorations, spotting, etc. There are a couple of places near one of its leg\'s in the back, and I think another place close to the front, where the stitching has come loose. Please refer to photos. From the tip of its nose to the back, it measures approximately 13 1/2 inches. Standing, tallest part, approximately 10 inches. Please look at all the photos.
