Beautiful antique Victorian hand carved shell cameo of a women with a original single cut .05 carat diamond in her hair as well as a carved wreath of oak leaves and acorns. The setting is 14K yellow gold but the applied oak leaves test as 18K yellow gold. The pin and clasp on the back were replaced at one time. The piece is in excellent estate condition and ready to wear. The piece is designed to be worn as a brooch. It was made some times in the late 1800\'s and is most likely American in manufacture.
The piece measures 1.25\" long by about 1\" wide and stands .25\" tall
