Antique mugfrom the late 1800s, made from a4-part mold with an applied handle and a closed 3-ring hinge on the lid. This type of hinge was primarily made only from 1870 to 1880.The mug holdsone half litre, as marked below the handle - although, for some reason,the mugis alsoacid-etched \"0.4L\" near the top.(We\'d love to hear from you if you can translate the German text on the decorative porcelain lid top!)\\
