1880s ANTIQUE VICTORIAN SILK CHILDS 25\" FOLDING PARASOL UMBRELLA …..CARVED BOVINE HANDLE (the HOT needle DID NOT penetrate).....WORKING CONDITION....see pictures, they are part of the description.....the handle is in very good used condition, the silk on the parasol is not in good condition. The frame appears to be in good used condition, can you replace the top? I hope someone can save this wonderful piece of history.
