Antique framed matted lithograph by J.Haller 1890. This lithograph is in near pristine condition since it is from my late father\'s collection and has never changed hands through the years.

The frame is in excellent condition and is a nice warm tiger oak. One small knick in upper right corner that is not noticeable. See photos.

This antique lithographic print was produced/ published and carries the copyright of Radtke & Lauckner Co. New York 1890. The print is signed J Hallar. J Hallar is one of the contributing artist who worked with the R & L Co. at that time, very little is known of this artist, but many of the artists works were published by R & L Co. This particular print is a long horizontal scene showing a waterfront home with a boat docked in the weeds. There is a countryside in the background with a fence. The print is signed in faded pencil at the lower right corner \"J.HALLAR\". There is also a very curious, tiny, line drawing that looks like an animal of some sort perhaps a Buffalo (see photos)just along the lower left print edge. This is apparently characteristic of all of J. Haller\'s works. The print is mounted under the original glass that has the characteristics of antique glass with small bubbles and waves. It is framed in an antique tiger oak wooden frame.

This framed print measures 7 inches by 21 inches(plate impression). There is a white border. The overall frame measurement is 15 by 28 1/2 inches. This framed print is quite heavy as it has a solid wooden frame and wooden backing. I will only charge the ACTUAL COST TO SHIP TO YOU.
