Antique 1890 (?) Side by Side Secretary Bookcase, Curved Glass, Beveled Mirror:

Among the items we found in my late father-in-law\'s home was this Oak circa 1900 Side by Side Secretary and Bookcase, with curved glass and beveled mirror. Or so it\'s described by the antique experts I\'ve Googled.

I, obviously, am not an antiques expert. (I usually just sell on the toys our girls have outgrown and some educational gaming systems.) But I\'ve consulted with several friends and acquaintances who know more about such things and they say this price is in the ballpark for something this old.

With the help of friends, it has been cleaned and polished and restored to some semblance of its former glory. It will need some more TLC however, as some hinges need replacing or repair and some of the wood needs further cleaning.

I am willing to discuss price but please, only serious potential buyers. No low-ball offers, please.
