Here is an open faced sterling silver Victorian open faced pocket watch in working condition....a key wind.. I will put a key in with the watch.. do not overwind.
The enamel dial is good ..a tiny little hairline down at the bottom.... seconds hand is steel and the main hands are gold.
Hinge the movement out at the 6 position... it has a dust cover...movement is signed ALEXr GALLOWAY MAUCHLINE and number is on the cock top.... 155045 .....a good clean movement. ..it has a gold balance wheel.
The watch case is 2 inch dia x 3 inch long to the suspension loop x 5/8ths inch deep including the glass... it weighs approx......119grams. .
Polite notice....I do not have time to TIME the watches I sell.....all come from deceased estates and may never have been worn or wound in years so I do recomend a service on all the watches I sell as the slightest bit of dried oil or dust can stop a watch movement from working..
