Up for sale is a beautiful antique 18s Hamilton 940 pocket watch. It is a Model 1 and is Rail Road grade, made in 1907. It is all original except possibly the case, and is one of the first double roller movements of this grade. The beautiful high grade lever set movement hasa double roller and21 ruby jewels, adjusted to 5 positions, temperature and isochronism. It has a beautiful damaskeened finish and gold balance weights, and is in very good condition!The original double sunk dial is in excellent condition except for an edge chip at the 2 and a small crack.Thenicely decoratedgold filled Keystone case is in very goodcondition and with a lovely glass crystal. It just has some scratches and nicks on the bezel. It is a little difficult to screw the front bezel on and off but the lids work as they should. This beautiful watch runs great and keeps good time - a great watch!
