Antique Perfection oil lamp in silver tone / nickel finish with a clear glass chimney. Approx. 21\" tall with globe, 12.5\" tall without globe, 6.5\" diameter base. Base has dents / scratches; some light tarnish; needs a good cleaning. This was my father-in-law\'s and I don\'t know much about it. Here\'s what we can tell from observation: Fill cap unscrews. Wick moves slightly when knob is turned, however the wick is almost at the end, so there\'s not much to move up. Not sure if the wick is stuck or needs replaced. See photos for details.
