You are offerding on a very old, antique diploma dating to 1907, and issued to a nurse Mae Redmond, for the completion of her studies at \"Emergency & General Hospital, Training School for nurses, Los Angeles, CALIFORNIA.\" The diploma has been well-preserved & is in good condition for it\'s age. It is printed on durable type paper which I am certain has helped to preserve it. As you can see from the pics, there is also an impressed seal at the bottom of the document. (see pic.6) and has the signatures of the resident doctors and teaching staff (see pics 3-5) including a very interesting signature of a Surgeon for the Imperial Japanese Army! The diploma measures 16 3/4\" X 13 3/4\". It came to me from my daughter who was left this, together with other photographs etc in the estate of her mother-in-law whose family resided in San Jose,CA from way back. I assume that the graduate shown on the diploma must have been related to her family in some way.
