Fantastic antique 1910\'s Edwardian sheer cotton dress and apron set, in a great white and black dotted grid fabric. Dress features a mandarin collar, gathered waist bodice with square decorative buttons, and a full skirt. Closes with snaps down front and hooks/eyes at waist. Includes a versatile matching apron with asymmetrical hem. Apron belts at the waist and closes with snaps at left shoulder.

condition - In nice, wearable condition, with some small flaws to note. There is a 3/8\" spot of thinned fabric at right shoulder front and a seam repair at right side of collar (see photo 10 for both). There are a few pinhead holes, including two along button placket (one is only through top layer of doubled fabric), and one above right sleeve cuff. Dress has a few small spots on bodice (photo 11), a faint spot at skirt back (photo 12), and a faint stain at lower skirt back. There are also some minor pinpoint holes in sleeve cuffs, where it appears it was once folded and stitched, and some small seam breaks along sleeve seams.The apron has a few spots on left shoulder (see photo 9, mostly hidden when snapped), a small handsewn repair at lower front, and pinpoint remnant holes from prior hem adjustment. Belt has one faint pinhead spot. This set has been gently cleaned. Sold as is.
