This lot is a Antique 1911 Football Themed Unused Calendary.
The calendar is a cabinet card that measures 8 by 10 inches.
On the cabinet is a small paper calendar that flips to each month.
Inside the cabinet is mounted an early football action scene.
The players are wearing assorted leather helmets, and several are wearing noseguards.
The paper stock of the football scene is different than typical circa 1910 photos, and am unsure if this is a photo or more of a print.
The cabinet card at its lower left has a logo and motto reading: I mark no hours but bright ones.
I believe this is a motto used by renowned photographer Floyd R Sears.
A neat early piece of football memorabilia.
