Very old, and very rare! ANTIQUE Rosenthal Porcelain figurine #218 Pair of Chickens, designed by Karl Himmelstoss. Stamped mark on the underside dates this piece to 1916, made in Rosenthal\'s Kunstabteilung (Art Department) in Selb, Bavaria, Germany. Just under 5\" tall, this is offered in As Is condition - there is a small chip under the rooster\'s lower beak, see pics #8-9. No other chips, cracks, repairs or crazing noted, and as you can see in the photos, the chip is not particularly noticeable. Colors are rich, and the painted feather detailing is very nice.
