This plaque is in Excellent Original Condition with very sight surface wear. There are no chips, cracks, and or repairs. The plaque measures 3 5/8\" tall x 2 3/8\" wide x 3/8\" at the thickest and weighs approximately 2.6oz. The plaque features a wonderful background of jade green, it looks like glass and has a slightly concave form.
