Here I have a fantastic example of alarge 19th Century Illustrated Comprehensive National Family Bible
Fantastic Condition..not many for sale in this condition.......
Black Leather bound, in lovely condition..spine intact and tight ; brass clasps,ORIGINAL, in working order, and corner brass work intact with a faint lovely patina.The cover boards, front and back,totally intact having excellent binding with the spine.The spine is in excellent condition.

All pages present and in very good condition, illustrations in colour and monochrome, all with protective tissue guards present.Gilt edging to all pages.
The great aspect of the Bible is that the Family Register/Tree/Portrait Gallery sections are unmolested andNOT USED..totally blank( rare to find in this type of bible). No written notes inside covers etc.
This is a large, heavy bible..33cm x 28cm x 10cm (approximately), and weighs around5.8kg net.(packaged will be well over 6kg.)
This is a lovely example of an Antique 19th Century Family Bible..it looks STUNNING as hopefully the photographs have portrayed.
