This exquisite Anglo-Irish antique cut leaded crystal decanter from the Post Regency Period is in excellent condition. The decanter with its stopper measures 11 3/4 inches high and 3 3/4 inches in diameter at the base. It weighs 4 pounds 6 ounces. The stopper is 2 3/4 inches in length. The pattern has 10 flats cuts around the base measuring 2 3/4 inches in length and 10 scalloped flat cuts extending up the neck. The base and stopper are matched, each having an etched number 18.The dating and origin of this item was authenticated by Charles Miller of Chapel Hill, N.C.Smoke free home.
