A 19th Century Rococo Revival Ink Stand

Made of solid brass, with hinged fluted cover, swept gallery and pen recess. It is cast throughout with leafy scrolls and trellis. The inkwell itself is the original porcelain liner.

The inkwell comes with a brass letter opener, the haft is cast as a knight in armour. It measures 26cm long.
