For sale is a great saucer made by Meissen in the late 19th century / early 20th century. It is decorated with lots of applied 3D flowers on the underside that are painted perfectly. The saucer sits on six feet and is hand painted with flowers on top with a gold rim. Often these pieces are found with lots of damage but this one is in great condition with 2 small chips to flower petals. The piece is marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as the usual impressed numbers. The saucer is 0.875 inches tall and 4.125 inches in diameter.
