Antique 19thC Meissen Porcelain Reticulated Plate Count Bruehl Porzellan Teller:
$1399.00

For sale is a superb plate made by Meissen in the late 19th century. It is hand painted with a detailed floral arrangement in the center that fills most of the well and is surrounded by three little yet superb birds as well as a butterfly and a fancy gold trim around the well edge but the most fun part is the fancy reticulated rim with lots of flowers and gold highlights. This is probably one of the nicest rim designs you can own by Meissen and is called Bruehlsches Allerlei as it was originally made for Count von Bruehl. The plate is in perfect condition. It is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as the usual impressed marks one finds on Meissen of this period. The plate is 1.5 inches tall and 10.25 inches in diameter so larger than the other two I own. If you like my goodies have a look at my other sales for a lot more top maker pieces or contact me through if you are looking for something else.
