Nice ESTATE antique primitive walnut document box with nice hand-cut dovetail construction with original handle measuring 14 long x 7 high x 8 wide in good \"as-found\" condition and appears to be in the original finish, box is missing original lock and has had a swing latch added at some point in time with some age appropriate surface wear and one small area of nail splitting on lid and a split in bottom board as seen but overall a nice looking and authentic piece acquired recently from a central Indiana estate.
