This sale is for one antique Dutch boy doll. Just toclarify, I know absolutely nothing about dolls. I am going to try my best togive you the most accurate description. First off, I cannot find any markings.There are no markings on the neck or face. I also cannot remove the clothesbecause they are tacked on into the body. I believe the face to be compositealong with the arms. The body feels as if it may be a hard cardboard box ofsome type…it is more square than not. The legs are wood with a black nylon typeof material over them and they are inserted and nailed into wooden Dutch shoes.The shoes are attached with very small finishing nails. He appears to have hisoriginal clothing. Black pants, red jacket, black breast buttons, metal designat waistband and at neck. He does not sit. If you move his right leg, his head movesback and forth. I do not see any cracks or chips on him. As you can see thereis paint loss on his head, especially his left eye. He could use a gentlecleaning. He is 22” long and has a shoulder width of 6 ½”.
