Hello and welcome to my sale! Up for listing is a beautiful antique bisque doll by Simon and Halbig in her original cloths!! Marked Germany Heinrich Handwerck Simon Halbig 4. There is the number 11 on her forehead. This beautiful doll stands 25 inches tall. Her bisque head is free from any cracks, breaks and repairs. Her original brown eyes were repaired at one point as you can see in the photo but open and close fine with their original wax lids and lashes. The blonde mohair wig is original and very full. Her original body is in great condition with minimal wear and no repairs, please see photos. She has been restrung at one point and holds a pose nicely. Everything she is wearing I was told is all original: pink cotton dress and cumberbon with intricate eyelet details, silk slip and undergarment, buckram petticoat, socks and shoes. The green ribbons and locket are newer which I added. Overall her costume is in fantastic condition with minimal wear. There are a few stitches here and there, the silk ribbons on the slip and undergarment have been replaced/repaired. Shoes are stiff but with no breaks or repairs with original laces.
