Up for sale is an Antique 27\" German Kestner Bisque Socket Head Jointed Doll Marked L 1/2 164 15 1/2 Made in Germany on the back of the head. This doll appears to be all original with bisque head that has lovely facial paint and no cracks with open mouth and teeth. She also has bisque hands (polish is worn and small little chips to right pinkie finger area - very minor). The blue glass eyes work - but don\'t close all the way- may need a little adjusting. The composition body is ball jointed and all joints bend and move easily, stamped Germany 6 on the lower right part of her back. The composition shows some wear and the feet looked to have been repaired? not sure something appears to have been put over them - the right foot is cracked (see photo). The doll will come dressed is a pair of pull string bloomers and I have also included a replacement wig that is nice with long ringlet curls (a little bit messy, but fits her perfectly). A lovely and VERY HARD TO FIND DOLL - perfect for the collector to dress and display! Please review all photos for completeness and condition of this item/items.
