Very Nice Lincoln Bust marked Pompeian Bronze Co 335. Approximately 11 1/2\" tall, 7\" wide and 6\" deep.This is bronze clad and dates to the period between 1921 and 1930 per Kuritzky Bookends book on the dates of copyrights for this company.This bronze clad Lincoln bust was made using the much coveted and highly collectible bronze-clad method of production which utilized electricity via an electrode built into the plaster mold of the subject piece. Bronze was then electroformed onto the plaster mold. This piece appears in excellent condition with a nice patina on the golden colored bronze. Has 2 hanging loops on the bottom of the base for holding during the bronzing process. No chips cracks or repairs noted but there is some rubbing or scratching to Lincolns Left cheekbone (See Photo). This is a fantastic looking piece that we acquired thru an estate sale and this is the condition the bust was in when purchased.
