Every purchase goes directly to our not for profit animal rescue. Items have been donated to support the animals. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery. Any refunds will be given after the item has been returned. I do not return shipping fees. The item must be returned in the same condition as sent and will be checked before refund will be given. If an item is damaged during shipping please notify me within 24hrs of delivery and I must receive a photo of damage. I will open a claim online with shipping company. They will provide the refund since they damaged the item. They may or may not require you to return the item. Time frames for refund is up to the shipping company.
