DESCRIPTION:
ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS DETAIL AND STYLE on this beautifully and elaborately carved antique interlocking folding tripod table base stand. The wood is probably teak or some other exotic hardwood, it is very dense and heavy. This piece can be used in either direction with the animal heads down or up. This is a very unique piece as it is hand carved from a single piece of wood which is very intricate as the three pieces interlace in the middle to be able to fold. This would make a wonderful table base, plant stand or display piece. Perfect size for use or display, when opened up it measures almost 23” tall with a spread between the legs of approx. 13”. A WONDERFUL FOCAL POINT IN ANY ROOM SETTING!
