Stunning example of this Ansonia Gingerbread mantle clock or kitchen clock as some like to call them. 8 day movement with striking and alarm. Highly decorative carved clock appears to be in original condition. Called the \"Kenmore\". Made at 99 John Street, Brooklyn, NY and sold or serviced at WM Flurrer, in York, PA. (See the pics with the labels.) The movement is a signed Ansonia in good working condition. It has been running and striking for over a week. Has the original alarm with alarm key as pictured and appears to be functional. Reverse painted glass has no chips or cracks. Silver tone bezel, black Roman numerals. The alarm ring in the center of the dial is brass. The face has discolored with age. Not too bad to be around 100 years old! Glass looks to be original and the silver gilt is in near perfect condition! Please look at all of the pictures closely as they are part of the condition description. Measures approx. 22\" tall, 14\" wide and 5\" deep. As with all mechanical clocks after shipping, this may or may not need to be adjusted to run properly and consistently when set up level in your home. See my other listings.
