There is a paper label on the back of the jar: \"THIS ARTICLE WAS PERFECT PACKAGED. IF NOT SO WHEN RECEIVED, ADVISE US, GIVING THE LOT NUMBER 28227 773756\".

The stopper is ground. Tiny chip inside the stopper rim. No chips or cracks to the glass.

The pharmacy closed in 1969 & the bottles & other itemswere put into storage at that time. Harrington Pharmacy purchased Orland Pharmacy in 1911 & many itemsoriginally came from the Orland Pharmacy.
