Hello.

You are offerding on a very nice antique doll. It was purchased at a local estate sale. This is an old Armand Marseille Dream Baby girl doll with back of the head marked Germany AM 341? 15/0. Bisque head with cloth body and legs with composition hands. Nice shape with some light scrapes to the bisque, and bisque could use a cleaning, no cracks or chips, tear to the cloth around the neck area where the head is attached to add a few stitches and light body wear. More modern clothes, but older. Zoom in for details. 7 1/2 inches tall.
