J. A. Whaley Leaded Lamp
Being offered is an antique leaded lamp made by J. A. Whaley, New York circa early 1900\'s. Nice shade with pink apple blossom flowers around the shade, with detailed beige/caramel colored borders measuring 18 1/2\". Lamp is not marked but the base is identified as a Whaley in Mosaic Shades Volume II, very heavy bronze base with a beautiful dark brown patina, with no loss. Lamp stands 24\" without the chimney. Originally lamp was a gas lamp that was converted to electric, and can be used with or without the chimney. It has a new vintage style cord & plug and is ready for use in your home.Condition is very good, with two tiny heat cracks in the corner of two pieces. On the top of the crown, ring for the shade is possibly missing some leading, see picture. All leading is tight. Please view all pictures provided as they are the best description.
